Do I have to be a member to participate?

No, not to start. If you have a real interest we will invite you to join us at an event. We have all the clothes and equipment you need to try the hobby.

We find that most people either love the hobby or not. If you do love it and wish to join us again in the future, will ask you to officially become a member.

How often does History Lives! meet?

We try to schedule about 10 events a year. Most of our events are in the Carolinas.

We do try to make a "Big" road trip each year if possible.

These have been trip to sites like Mount Vernon, Fort Niagara, Yorktown Battle Field and others.

There will be one business meeting open to all members each year.

How do I join History-Lives for the first time?

Reach out to us via the contact page. We can talk to you about coming to you first event.

If you happen to find us at an event, we might be able to dress you out that day!

Is there a cost to participate?

Yes. We prepare all means in camp and dine a a group. So we do have a $5.00 charge for meals and we eat very well.

W also have black powder cartridges for sale to our members who shoot.

Any finally, we have a small annual dues requirement.
